Key Responsibilities:
- Perform treatments, including Hydrafacials, Cryosculpting, and other skincare therapies.
- Conduct consultations and recommend personalized skincare regimens.
- Educate clients on our premium product lines, including Alastin.
- Maintain a clean and compliant workspace, meeting safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Active California Esthetician license.
- Experience in body contouring or medical-grade facials is preferred.
- Sales and customer service skills are a plus, with Spanish fluency highly desirable.
Compensation:
- Hourly pay: $23 to $30, plus commission, bonuses, and tips.
