- Location: Chicagoland, IL (travel between two locations, 15-20 minutes apart)
- Compensation: $40-$50 per hour (based on experience)
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday with two Saturdays per month (adjusted weekday hours for balance)

Midwest Medical Weight Loss & Aesthetics is looking for a dynamic and experienced Practice Manager to lead our growing wellness and aesthetics practice. This leadership role involves overseeing daily operations, managing staff performance, ensuring exceptional client experiences, and driving business growth while upholding our core values of integrity, professionalism, and compassion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations across both clinic locations.
- Lead and support staff, ensuring training, engagement, and productivity.
- Manage financial performance, including revenue growth and operational efficiency metrics.
- Enhance client satisfaction through exceptional service and operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and staff certifications.
- Contribute to marketing and business development initiatives.
- Manage retail product performance and inventory oversight.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3-5 years of experience in management, preferably in a medical or wellness setting.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and stay detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for wellness and client care.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and team-oriented professional.
