Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the medical spa, ensuring efficient and smooth workflow.
• Manage, support, and motivate the spa team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
• Administer staff and client scheduling to maximize revenue generation and profitability.
• Collaborate with upper management to oversee financial aspects, including profitability, forecasting, purchasing, and inventory control.
• In partnership with the Marketing Manager, develop and oversee marketing programs to promote the spa.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a spa environment and 2 years in management.
• Bilingual proficiency, with English as the primary language.
• Experience in the medical spa industry is essential.
• Familiarity with PatientNow software is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation:
45,000 – 65,000
