💼 What You’ll Do:
- Deliver advanced skincare and aesthetic treatments (Candela Laser, Vella Shape III, microneedling, injectables)
- Conduct skin assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
- Lead and mentor other estheticians, promoting a culture of professionalism and growth
- Manage client schedules, inventory, and treatment documentation
- Maintain a clean, compliant, and high-standard treatment environment
- Leverage social media for brand engagement and client acquisition
- Stay updated on trends, technologies, and continuing education opportunities
✅ Requirements:
- 10+ years of aesthetic experience
- Certifications in:
- Neurotoxins
- Advanced Fillers
- Candela Laser
- Vella Shape III
- Microneedling
- Strong client communication and problem-solving skills
- Organized and digitally proficient (client management, marketing)
- Confident, compassionate, and polished professional presentation
💰 Compensation:
- $25/hour base
