Position Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate, experienced, and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) passionate about aesthetics and wellness. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in aesthetic procedures, functional medicine, and holistic care. You will play a critical role in patient consultations, administering treatments, and supporting overall clinic operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer injectables (Botox, dermal fillers, Sculptra, PRP, Kybella)
- Perform microneedling, PRP, and exosome therapies
- Conduct medical-grade chemical peels and customized facials
- Deliver vitamin injections, IV hydration, and peptide therapies (e.g., NAD+, semaglutide, tirzepatide)
- Provide aesthetic consultations and skincare education
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR (Aesthetic Record)
- Collaborate with medical providers to ensure high standards of patient care
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Valid RN license in good standing in the State of California
- Completion of NCLEX and BLS Certification
- 1–2+ years in aesthetics, dermatology, or plastic surgery preferred
- Proficiency in injectables and strong knowledge of facial anatomy
- Experience in functional medicine therapies is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
