Job Title: Wellness Specialist
Location: Leesburg, Virginia
Compensation: $60 – $80 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized wellness consultations and treatment plans tailored to client needs.
- Perform wellness-focused medical services within scope of practice as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA).
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure the highest standards of client care.
- Educate clients on wellness, preventive care, and aesthetic options.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with clinic policies and regulations.
- Participate in clinic meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of services.
- Support and promote the clinic’s wellness programs and initiatives.
- Stay current on industry trends, new treatments, and wellness innovations.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior staff as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in the state of Virginia.
- Strong passion for wellness, preventive care, and aesthetic medicine.
- Aesthetic or med spa experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development.
