What You’ll Do
As our Practice Manager, you will be the operational heartbeat of the clinic — ensuring daily efficiency, delivering results, and helping to build a culture of excellence. Responsibilities include:
Operations & Leadership
- Oversee daily clinic operations, including scheduling, inventory, staffing, and patient flow
- Lead and coach team members, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Ensure the practice runs smoothly and efficiently, while maintaining a five-star patient experience
- Manage vendor relationships, ordering, and supply cost optimization
Sales & Growth
- Track KPIs and implement strategies to increase revenue and patient retention
- Support providers and front desk in patient consultation flow and treatment plan conversions
- Create and execute promotional campaigns in partnership with ownership and marketing team
- Analyze service and retail sales performance; set team goals and rewards
Project & Brand Management
- Assist in clinic rebranding and growth initiatives (service menu updates, process redesign, new tech launches)
- Support website updates, social media content planning, and local outreach efforts
- Manage onboarding and training plans for new hires
- Contribute to long-term planning and the evolution of the business model
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3+ years of leadership or management experience in a med spa, plastic surgery, or aesthetics setting
- Strong business acumen: sales-focused, data-driven, and goal-oriented
- Operationally savvy with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once
- Confident leader who can build relationships with both patients and team members
- Experience working with EMRs and aesthetic software (Zenoti, PatientNow, Symplast, Boulevard, etc.)
- Passion for the aesthetics industry and a desire to grow within the company
