Compensation: $70–$80/hour (based on experience) + Competitive commission structure on treatments and product sales

About the Role:
Lily Med Spa is seeking a skilled and client-focused Aesthetic Injector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional results and providing a warm, welcoming experience for every client.
Responsibilities:
- Perform aesthetic injections, including neuromodulators and dermal fillers
- Conduct thorough consultations and develop personalized treatment plans
- Educate clients on procedures, aftercare, and product recommendations
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with safety protocols
- Collaborate with the team to deliver outstanding client care
Requirements:
- Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) license
- 2–10 years of aesthetic injection experience
- Proficient in neuromodulators and dermal fillers
- Strong consultative and communication skills
- Results-driven with a client-centered approach
- Comfortable working independently and within a team
- Health & Wellness experience required
