Position Overview
We are hiring a part-time Aesthetic Nurse Injector (RN or NP) with strong potential to transition into full-time as our practice grows. This role combines aesthetics with integrative wellness care.
Responsibilities
- Perform injectables (Botox/Dysport, dermal fillers, PRP, vitamin/nutrient injections).
- Conduct consultations, assessments, and customized treatment plans.
- Administer IV therapy and perform blood draws (specialty training provided).
- Deliver safe, natural results in aesthetics and wellness.
- Support patients via phone/portal messaging.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with team and participate in staff meetings.
Qualifications
- Active RN or NP license in Texas.
- NP candidates: must maintain their own malpractice insurance and state compliance.
- 2+ years of aesthetic injection experience preferred.
- Certification in injectables (Botox/Dysport) required.
- Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and injection techniques.
- Excellent communication, reliability, and patient care skills.
- Open to learning Optim8’s functional medicine and wellness approach.
Schedule
- Part-time: weekdays, some evenings, and possible half-day Saturdays.
- Opportunity to grow into full-time as practice expands.
