Position Overview
The Practice Manager will oversee daily business operations, team performance, and client satisfactions. The ideal candidate has a strong leadership presence, a deep understanding of the aesthetics industry, and a proven track record of growing and managing successful teams and practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations at the practice
- Lead, train, and support front desk staff, providers, and support teams
- Ensure consistent, high-quality client experiences and satisfaction
- Manage schedules, payroll, inventory, and vendor relationships
- Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to improve revenue, retention, and operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with all state regulations and company protocols
- Support business development, marketing campaigns, and client outreach
- Act as a liaison between upper management and clinical staff
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of management experience in a medical spa or aesthetic practice
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Proficient in EMR system (CHARM), scheduling, and CRM tools is a plus
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Deep knowledge of aesthetic treatments and services
- Professional, polished, and patient-focused demeanor
