The medical director’s goal is to remain focused on patient care and outcomes, while partnering with a strong operator to help scale the business thoughtfully and sustainably.
Position Overview
We are seeking a full-time Office Manager to oversee daily operations, team performance, and business growth. This role is ideal for a leader from healthcare, hospitality, retail, wellness, or other service-based industries who thrives in building systems, holding teams accountable, and creating exceptional customer experiences. Direct aesthetic or medical experience is not required!
Key Responsibilities
● Oversee daily operations and administrative functions
● Manage front desk, scheduling, and patient experience
● Improve systems, workflows, and operational efficiency
● Review financials including expenses and performance metrics
● Support marketing, growth, and patient retention initiatives
● Lead onboarding, training, and team accountability
● Assist with EMR/system implementation and process improvement
● Serve as liaison between staff, providers, and ownership
Ideal Candidate Profile
● Experience as an Office Manager, Operations Manager, Practice Manager, or General Manager
● Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
● Business-minded with financial awareness
● Background in healthcare, hospitality, retail, wellness, or service industries, preferred
● Comfortable learning new systems and growing with a developing practice
● Professional, reliable, and solutions-oriented
Compensation & Benefits
● $55,000–$70,000 annual salary, based on experience
