We are seeking a seasoned and results-driven Regional Manager to lead daily operations, support team performance, and collaborate closely with ownership and location managers to drive continued growth and success.
Position Overview
The Regional Manager will oversee both locations, collaborating with onsite managers to ensure seamless day-to-day operations, strong team performance, and exceptional client satisfaction. This role requires a hands-on leader with a deep understanding of medical aesthetics operations and a proven ability to grow and manage high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize daily operations across both locations
- Lead, train, and support front desk staff, providers, and onsite managers
- Ensure consistent, high-quality client experiences and satisfaction
- Manage systems, inventory, and vendor relationships
- Develop, implement, and streamline Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Establish, monitor, and exceed monthly service and retail goals
- Track and analyze individual and team KPIs
- Implement strategies to improve revenue, retention, and operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and company protocols
- Act as a liaison between ownership and staff
- Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching
- Lead hiring, onboarding, and training; manage corrective actions as needed
- Coordinate marketing efforts with vendors and evaluate campaign performance
- Create in-practice social media content (experience with Canva preferred)
- Process and manage payroll
- Support front desk and in-practice operations as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of management experience in a medical spa or aesthetic practice (multi-location experience strongly preferred)
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Proficient in technology, including EMR systems, scheduling tools, and general business software
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong business and sales acumen
- In-depth knowledge of aesthetic treatments and services
- Experience supporting and executing marketing initiatives
- Professional, polished, and patient-focused demeanor
