Position Overview
ReViv Med Aesthetics is expanding and looking for a licensed esthetician to join our team. This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys working directly with clients, performing facial and aesthetic treatments, and helping individuals achieve visible, confidence-boosting results.
You’ll collaborate with a supportive clinical team to deliver safe, results-driven services while ensuring a high-quality client experience.
Primary Responsibilities
Client Consultations
- Conduct thorough pre-treatment consultations
- Assess medical history and identify any contraindications
- Clearly explain procedures, expected outcomes, and recommended treatment plans
- Secure consent and document all client information accurately
Treatment Room Preparation
- Prepare, sanitize, and reset rooms before and after each appointment
- Ensure all tools and equipment are clean and operational
- Organize supplies, linens, and treatment materials
- Make clients comfortable and walk them through the service process
Client Care & Education
- Provide detailed aftercare guidance, including skincare and lifestyle recommendations
- Educate clients on treatment progression and realistic results
- Schedule follow-up visits when appropriate
- Maintain a calm, welcoming, and professional environment
Recordkeeping & Documentation
- Maintain accurate client records, including treatment details and notes
- Track session specifics such as settings, duration, and feedback
- Capture and update progress photos when needed
- Ensure all records remain confidential and organized
Equipment Handling
- Clean and disinfect devices after each use
- Monitor equipment performance and report any issues promptly
- Follow all safety and manufacturer guidelines
Client Experience & Sales Support
- Build strong client relationships to encourage retention
- Recommend services, packages, and memberships based on client needs
- Support repeat bookings and long-term treatment plans
Qualifications
- Active esthetician license (required)
- Experience in a medspa, skincare clinic, or similar setting preferred
- Strong interpersonal and consultation skills
- Detail-oriented with a professional attitude
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
