Overview
McKinzie Aesthetics is seeking a skilled and motivated Aesthetic Injector (NP or PA) to join our growing med spa in Edmond, OK. This role is ideal for an experienced provider who is confident performing cosmetic injectables and ready to contribute to a high-performing, revenue-driven practice.
In addition to aesthetic treatments, this position offers the opportunity to expand into advanced wellness services, including hormone optimization, peptide therapy, and medical weight management.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform cosmetic injectable treatments, including neurotoxins and dermal fillers
- Conduct patient consultations and develop personalized treatment plans
- Educate patients on aesthetic and wellness service options
- Deliver or assist with services such as hormone replacement therapy, peptide protocols, and medical weight loss programs
- Build strong patient relationships to encourage retention and repeat visits
- Contribute to overall clinic growth through service excellence and patient satisfaction
Core Services Offered
- Neurotoxin treatments (e.g., Botox, Dysport, Jeuveau, Daxxify)
- Dermal fillers (lips, cheeks, and full-face balancing)
- Hormone optimization (BHRT)
- Peptide therapy
- GLP-1-based weight loss programs (Semaglutide, Tirzepatide)
Qualifications
- Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license
- Demonstrated experience in aesthetic injectables
- Strong skills in neurotoxins and dermal fillers (mid-face experience preferred)
- Experience with biostimulators is a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and consultation skills with a focus on patient conversion
Preferred Experience
- Background in hormone therapy or functional medicine
- Familiarity with peptide treatments
- Experience managing GLP-1 weight loss programs
Compensation & Benefits
- $60/hour base pay plus commission (DOE)

Schedule
- Full-time preferred
- Four-day workweek
- No weekend shifts
- Final schedule to be determined based on provider availability and clinic needs
