Job Summary:
The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience in advanced aesthetics, with a strong focus on client-centered treatment planning. This role requires expertise in esthetic procedures, a passion for the beauty industry, and the ability to build strong client relationships. Responsibilities:
- Perform esthetic treatments, including facials, skin treatments, and waxing. Experience with lashes is a plus.
- Build strong client relationships by understanding concerns and creating tailored treatment plans.
- Maintain high customer service standards and ensure a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
- Create social media content to promote services and engage potential clients.
- Manage inventory and assist in department organization.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Support laser department operations and collaborate with ownership.
- Achieve personal and business sales goals.
- Provide professional consultations and educate patients on recommended treatments and products.
Requirements:
- Valid Oregon Esthetician License with at least 1 year of experience.
