📌 Clinic Manager – Aesthetic & Wellness Practice (El Paso, TX)
Are you a dynamic, organized, and experienced leader ready to take charge of a thriving aesthetic and wellness clinic? We are seeking a Clinic Manager to oversee daily operations, drive business growth, and ensure an exceptional patient experience.
Position Title: Clinic Manager
Location: El Paso, TX
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $40,000–$60,000 annually + performance bonuses

About the Role
This high-impact leadership role is ideal for a seasoned manager with experience in healthcare or aesthetics. You will oversee daily clinic operations, lead staff, ensure compliance, optimize the patient journey, and collaborate on marketing and growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct front and back-office operations to ensure efficient workflow
- Hire, train, and evaluate staff performance
- Manage budgets, inventory, and vendor relationships
- Monitor compliance with health and safety standards (HIPAA, OSHA, etc.)
- Handle patient concerns and improve client satisfaction
- Implement marketing initiatives to support business growth
- Collaborate with the leadership team on strategic development
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of management experience, ideally in a clinical, wellness, or aesthetic setting
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- A proactive, solutions-driven mindset
- Knowledge of aesthetic services and medical spa operations preferred
- Healthcare or aesthetics-related certifications a plus
