Role Overview
As an Aesthetic Injector at Ultra Body Sculpt, you’ll perform a variety of advanced injectable treatments while guiding clients through personalized aesthetic plans. You’ll work in tandem with our body sculpting and wellness teams to deliver full-face and full-body rejuvenation.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough aesthetic consultations and design customized treatment plans
- Perform injectable procedures including Botox/Dysport, dermal fillers, Sculptra, Radiesse, PRF, and more
- Educate clients on pre/post-care, long-term maintenance, and product recommendations
- Document treatments, outcomes, and follow-ups accurately and consistently
- Maintain the highest level of safety, sterility, and clinical excellence
- Collaborate with front desk and clinical teams to ensure a seamless client journey
Qualifications
- Active RN, NP, or PA license in Virginia (required)
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on injectable experience in aesthetics or dermatology
- Skilled in full-face balancing and advanced injectable techniques
- Confident, ethical, and patient-centered communication style
- Comfortable with high patient volume and revenue-driven environments
- Bonus: Experience with PRF, biostimulators, exosomes, or regenerative treatments
