- Monday: 10 AM – 4 PM
- Tuesday: 10 AM – 4 PM
- Wednesday: 1 PM – 7 PM
- Thursday: 10 AM – 4 PM
- Friday: 10 AM – 2 PM

This is an opportunity to be mentored directly by a nationally recognized trainer with over a decade of experience—perfect for injectors who are coachable, committed, and serious about refining their craft at a high level.
What You’ll Do
1. Perform Aesthetic Treatments with Precision
- Administer neuromodulators (e.g., Botox/Dysport) and dermal fillers
- Customize treatment plans based on client goals and anatomy
- Ensure consistent, natural-looking results aligned with the Allure standard
2. Build Meaningful Client Relationships
- Deliver a personalized, elevated client experience
- Educate on procedures, aftercare, and long-term planning
- Foster trust and loyalty through excellent communication and care
3. Uphold the Highest Clinical Standards
- Maintain medical compliance and hygiene protocols
- Chart treatments accurately and responsibly
- Embody professionalism, discretion, and ethics
4. Be a Cultural Contributor
- Participate in trainings, meetings, and team mentorship
- Support a growth-minded, positive, and drama-free environment
- Represent Allure’s luxury brand in behavior, style, and service
5. Help Drive Practice Growth
- Encourage referrals, social engagement, and word-of-mouth business
- Recommend complementary services
- Stay current with techniques, trends, and training
What We’re Looking For:
- Certified PA or NP, with 1–2+ years of aesthetic injection experience
- Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and injectables
- Natural aesthetic eye and ability to deliver refined results
- Emotionally intelligent, warm, and client-centered

- Growth-oriented, humble, and team-first
- Comfortable in a high-standard, boutique environment
Success Metrics:
- Monthly Production: $30K–$60K+ depending on experience
- Client Retention: 75%+
- Satisfaction: 5-star reviews, low no-show rate, consistent follow-ups
- Professional Growth: Attend at least 1–2 trainings per year; show mastery of advanced techniques over time
- Culture Fit: Reliable, drama-free, strong team collaboration
