Holistic Inc. is a growing medical aesthetics and wellness practice, looking for an experienced Aesthetic Injector (RN or NP) to perform cosmetic injectable treatments (neuromodulators and dermal fillers) and other aesthetic services.

Responsibilities
- Perform advanced aesthetic treatments: cosmetic injectables (neuromodulators, dermal fillers); experience with biostimulators (Sculptra or Radiesse) is a plus
- Conduct consultations and develop personalized, comprehensive treatment plans, and ensure safe, effective results
- Educate patients on treatments, products, and post-care
- Cross-promote services and products that will benefit patients
- Encourage repeat and referral visits by building relationships with clientele
- Collaborate with estheticians and support staff to ensure seamless patient care and an exceptional client experience.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and compliance with state regulations
- Assist in business growth through patient education and retention
Qualifications
- Licensed RN or NP in the state of West Virginia
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on aesthetic injection experience with proficiency with neuromodulators and dermal fillers
- Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and assessment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Outgoing, friendly, and approachable
- Strong clinical judgment and patient-centered mindset
- Passion for aesthetics and patient outcomes
- Ability to perform treatments independently
