Overview:
A new, high-end medical spa in Houston, TX is seeking a talented and experienced Aesthetic Injector to join our founding team. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a growing brand from the ground up, with room for leadership, innovation, and influence on clinical standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer cosmetic injectable treatments including neuromodulators (Botox, Dysport, etc.) and dermal fillers (Juvederm, Restylane, RHA, etc.)
- Conduct thorough aesthetic consultations and create customized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation within the EMR system
- Educate patients on treatment options, post-care, and long-term aesthetic goals
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient experiences
- Stay informed on industry trends, techniques, and new product innovations
- Uphold safety, sanitation, and brand standards at all times
Qualifications:
- Active and unrestricted injector or RN license in the state of Texas
- Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience administering neurotoxin and dermal filler injections
- Strong aesthetic eye and understanding of facial anatomy
- Excellent interpersonal and consultation skills
- Professional, polished, and patient-focused demeanor
- Passionate about continued education and evolving aesthetic techniques
Preferred (Not Required):
- Experience with advanced injectables (biostimulators, hyperdilute Radiesse, PDO threads)
- Existing patient following in the Houston area
- Experience with skincare consultations and adjunct treatments
