Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Aesthetic Lead Nurse/Clinic Manager to join our aesthetic clinic in Urbandale. In this role, you will perform and manage a variety of advanced aesthetic treatments, including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, chemical peels, microneedling, and more. You’ll also support clinic operations, manage client communications, and represent the clinic at local community events as part of the Urbandale Chamber.

Job Title: Aesthetic Lead Nurse / Clinic Manager
Location: Urbandale, IA
Hours: 20-30 hours per week (4-5 consistent days, Monday – Saturday)
Compensation:
- Hourly Rate: $25/hour
- Commission: 10% commission after Cost of Goods Sold (COGs)
- Bonus Pool: Percentage based on clinic performance goals
- Note: No health benefits or 401K retirement plan.
Key Responsibilities
Treatment Administration
- Administer neurotoxins, injectables, and advanced aesthetic treatments following safety protocols.
- Conduct client consultations, assess candidates for treatments, and create personalized treatment plans.
- Educate clients on procedures and aftercare to ensure satisfaction and optimal results.
- Maintain accurate documentation of treatments and client progress.
Clinic Operations
- Follow up with clients post-treatment to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
- Handle appointment confirmations, client inquiries, and provide outstanding service.
- Promote clinic services, treatment packages, and special offers, supporting clinic growth.
- Assist in creating social media content to highlight services and expertise.
Client Retention & Community Engagement
- Build strong client relationships, fostering loyalty and encouraging referrals.
- Represent the clinic at local events and industry functions.
- Collaborate with local businesses to build referral networks and grow clinic exposure.
Clinic Organization & Support
- Assist with administrative duties such as updating client records, scheduling, and inventory management.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Iowa.
- 1+ years of experience in aesthetic injectables (preferred).
- Certification in injectables with a strong understanding of facial anatomy.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain treatments clearly to clients.
- Passion for aesthetics and a commitment to continued education.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Experience with Aesthetic Record and High Level is a plus.
