Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Aesthetic Injector to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in aesthetic treatments, particularly in administering Botulinum toxin treatments, and will have a keen eye for detail. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients while providing exceptional service in a welcoming environment.
Duties
- Administer aesthetic treatments, including Botulinum toxin injections and dermal fillers, ensuring the highest standards of safety and care.
- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their needs and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
- Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Manage client records accurately and maintain confidentiality.
- Provide education to clients about post-treatment care and expected outcomes.
- Utilize social media management skills to promote services and engage with clients online.
- Collaborate with other team members to enhance the overall client experience in the Med Spa setting.
- Demonstrate sales acumen by promoting additional services that align with client needs.
Requirements
- NP or PA
- Proven experience as an Aesthetic Injector or in a similar role within the Med Spa industry.
- Strong knowledge of aesthetic procedures, particularly Botulinum toxin treatment and dermabrasion techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to connect with clients effectively.
- Experience in sales is preferred, demonstrating an ability to promote services successfully.
- Background in hospitality or customer service is a plus, contributing to a positive client experience.
- Familiarity with social media management to enhance brand presence and client engagement.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Certification or licensure relevant to aesthetic procedures is required.
