About the Role
An established medical aesthetics practice is seeking a skilled and confident Aesthetic Nurse Injector to join our growing aesthetic team. The ideal candidate is passionate about providing safe, natural-looking aesthetic outcomes and creating an exceptional client experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform aesthetic injectable treatments, including neurotoxins and dermal fillers, following established clinical guidelines and safety standards.
- Conduct detailed patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Operate aesthetic devices and maintain proficiency with various technologies.
- Educate patients on pre- and post-treatment care and ongoing maintenance.
- Maintain accurate and compliant medical records.
- Collaborate with the team to promote services and support client retention.
Requirements
- Active RN license in the state of Connecticut.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in medical aesthetics.
- Device proficiency and strong clinical assessment skills.
- Confident communication and professional bedside manner.
- Commitment to safety, precision, and ongoing professional development.
Compensation
- $45-$55 per hour (negotiable depending on experience)
