The Injectory is seeking a skilled and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) Injector to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an experienced aesthetic provider passionate about delivering exceptional patient outcomes while contributing to a high-performance, team-oriented environment.
This position will begin as part-time, with a clear pathway to full-time based on patient demand and provider performance.
Qualifications
- Active RN or NP license in the state of Virginia
- Minimum of 2 years full-time aesthetic injecting experience (or 3+ years part-time equivalent)
- Experience with neurotoxins and dermal fillers
- Strong understanding of facial anatomy and aesthetic treatment planning
- Laser experience is a plus, but not required
Key Responsibilities
- Perform aesthetic injectable treatments using neurotoxins and dermal fillers
- Conduct patient consultations and create customized treatment plans
- Educate patients on services, products, and long-term care strategies
- Maintain accurate and compliant patient documentation
- Support clinic growth through rebooking, package sales, and memberships
- Collaborate with the team to deliver a seamless, high-quality patient experience
- Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge

Compensation
- Competitive hourly base + performance-based incentives
- Bonus opportunities tied to revenue, rebooking, and membership growth
- RN: Starting at $35/hour
- NP: Starting at $55/hour
