Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Physician Assistant (PA) with 2+ years of hands-on experience in aesthetic medicine to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about aesthetics, confident in their injectable techniques, and committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform aesthetic injections, including neuromodulators (e.g., Botox, Dysport) and dermal fillers
- Consult with patients to assess goals, develop treatment plans, and ensure optimal outcomes
- Educate patients on procedures, aftercare, and long-term skincare strategies
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless and elevated client experience
Qualifications:
- Active and unrestricted RN, NP, or PA license in California
- Minimum of 2 years of experience performing aesthetic injections
- Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and injection safety
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about aesthetics, beauty, and patient satisfaction
