The Role:
We are looking for an experienced, personable, and growth-minded Nurse Injector to lead and elevate the patient experience at our Ashburn location. This dual role combines expert hands-on aesthetic services with leadership in practice operations and client relationship development.
Responsibilities:
- Administer a full range of injectable treatments, including neurotoxins (Botox, Dysport, Daxxify) and dermal fillers (Juvederm, Restylane, RHA).
- Perform and oversee aesthetic services such as microneedling, PRP/PRF, IV therapy, chemical peels, and energy device treatments (RF, laser).
- Conduct in-depth consultations to understand patient goals and craft individualized treatment plans.
- Maintain detailed, accurate, and compliant electronic health records (experience with Blvd is a plus).
- Monitor patient progress and provide follow-up care as needed.
- Guide, support, and grow the clinical team to maintain high standards of safety, satisfaction, and innovation.
- Educate patients on treatment benefits, expectations, and aftercare.
- Upsell services in a consultative and customer-first manner.
- Lead infection control and clinical safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- License: Active RN or NP license in Virginia (required)
- Experience:
- Minimum 5 years in aesthetics, including injectables, fillers, PRP, microneedling, and energy devices
- Minimum 2 years in a customer-facing, leadership, or client relationship role
- Proficiency in IV administration
- Excellent consultation, upselling, and communication skills
- Ability to lead a team and align with the company’s luxury service standards
- Available to work Saturdays
