Position: Aesthetic Injector-AMG Medspa
Location: Gastonia, NC
Employment Type: Part-Time or Full-Time (Flexible)
Compensation: $75K-$100K+ (includes hourly, commission and bonus)

We’re currently expanding and looking for a confident, sales-minded Aesthetic Injector to join our clinical team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform injectable treatments including neurotoxins (Botox, Dysport), dermal fillers, Sculptra, PRP/PRF, and exosomes
- Conduct detailed consultations and treatment planning with a focus on bundling services and building client loyalty
- Proactively recommend products, treatment packages, and ongoing care plans to help clients reach their goals
- Track and achieve monthly sales goals and contribute to overall clinic performance metrics
- Document thoroughly in EMR, follow protocols, and ensure clinical excellence
- Participate in content creation (if comfortable), events, and internal training
- Be a brand ambassador—educating, connecting, and converting
Ideal Candidate:
- RN, NP, or PA with aesthetic injection experience (minimum 1 year preferred)
- Confident in both treatment and consultation settings
- Sales-savvy, performance-driven, and comfortable upselling packages
- Client-focused with a passion for aesthetics and wellness
- Team player with a strong work ethic and growth mindset
