Schedule: Part-Time, PRN, up to Full-Time

Luminess Lounge is seeking an Aesthetic Registered Nurse (RN) to provide advanced, non-surgical cosmetic treatments in a professional and supportive clinical environment. This role requires certification in neurotoxin and filler injection techniques, with ongoing training and advanced education provided to support your growth in aesthetic medicine.
Key Responsibilities
Client Consultation and Treatment Planning
- Conduct consultations, assess skin and facial anatomy, and develop personalized treatment plans
- Educate patients on treatment options, expectations, and aftercare instructions
- Obtain informed consent and ensure patient safety protocols are followed
- Support daily operations with clerical tasks, inventory, phone calls, and organization
Aesthetic Treatments and Procedures
- Administer neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and biostimulator injections
- Perform treatments such as laser therapy, radiofrequency microneedling, skincare, IV therapy, vitamin shots, sclerotherapy, and weight loss programs
- Monitor patient responses during and after procedures, adjusting for safety, comfort, and optimal results
Patient Education and Follow-Up
- Provide post-treatment care instructions and follow-up appointments
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with regulations
Compliance and Safety
- Adhere to medical protocols, licensing requirements, aseptic technique, and infection control standards
- Collaborate with the Medical Director on treatment plans and complex cases
- Understand and be prepared to follow emergency protocols
- Address patient concerns promptly while prioritizing satisfaction and safety
Business and Growth Support
- Assist with marketing, client retention, and business development
- Stay current on trends and emerging technologies
- Develop treatment plans that encourage long-term results and loyalty
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse license in Washington State
- BLS/CPR certification
- Certification in neurotoxins and fillers (required)
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in aesthetic medicine (preferred; ongoing training available)
- Strong knowledge of facial anatomy, dermatology, and injection techniques
- Professional demeanor with excellent communication skills
- Passion for aesthetics, safety, and patient care
