Luminess Lounge is seeking an Aesthetic Registered Nurse (RN) to provide advanced, non-surgical cosmetic treatments in a professional and supportive clinical environment. This role offers the chance to work with cutting-edge aesthetic procedures while maintaining the highest standards of patient safety, satisfaction, and medical compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Consultation and Treatment Planning
- Conduct detailed patient consultations, assess skin and facial anatomy, and develop
- personalized aesthetic treatment plans
- Educate patients on available treatments, expectations, and aftercare instructions
- Obtain informed consent and ensure patient safety protocols are met
- General clerical tasks, inventory, phone calls, and organization
Aesthetic Treatments and Procedures
- Administer Neuromodulators, Dermal fillers, and Biostimulator injections
- Perform Laser treatments, Radiofrequency Micro-needling, skin care, IV therapy, vitamin shots, sclerotherapy, weight loss programs
- Monitor patient reactions during and after procedures, making adjustments as necessary for optimal patient results, comfort, and safety
Patient Education and Follow-up
- Provide post-treatment care instructions and conduct follow-up appointments.
- Maintain clear, detailed patient records in compliance with clinic policies and state regulations.
Compliance and Safety
- Ensure adherence to all medical protocols, licensing requirements, aseptic technique, and infection control standards
- Work independently and alongside the medical director to review treatment plans and complex cases.
- Understand emergency protocols.
- Stay current with the latest trends and advancements in aesthetic medicine
- Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times
- Keep patient satisfaction and safety as the main priority. Politely rectify any potential concerns immediately
Business and Growth Support
- Assist with marketing efforts, client retention, and business development initiatives
- Stay updated on industry trends, new aesthetic procedures, and emerging technologies
- Develop comprehensive treatment plans that encourage the best long-term patient results and retention
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse License in the state of Washington
- BLS/CPR certified
- Neurotoxin and filler certification required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in aesthetic medicine
- Strong knowledge of facial anatomy, dermatology, and injection techniques
- Passion for patient care, aesthetics, and patient satisfaction
- A strong desire to be a part of a growing team and ability to handle change
