Job Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Aesthetic Sales Consultant to join a fast-growing, high-volume medical spa. This role focuses on converting leads into clients, conducting consultations, and driving revenue through service packages, memberships, and treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities
- Convert inbound inquiries (calls, texts, social media) into booked consultations
- Conduct client consultations and recommend appropriate treatment plans
- Sell memberships, packages, and high-value services
- Follow up with leads and re-engage existing clients
- Maintain knowledge of services, pricing, and promotions
- Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure a seamless client experience
- Track and manage performance metrics (conversion rate, average ticket, rebooking)
Qualifications
- Experience in sales (aesthetics, med spa, fitness, or retail preferred)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Comfortable discussing pricing, financing, and closing sales
- Highly organized with consistent follow-up habits
- Interest in aesthetics, beauty, or wellness
