We are a high-volume, well-established med spa seeking a top performer, Aesthetic Sales Consultant. Our team is dedicated to providing transformative experiences for our patients through personalized aesthetic treatments.

Position Overview ✨

We seek an aesthetic sales consultant to lead all retail and treatment sales aspects in our practice. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, confident, and personable sales professional with a strong background in aesthetic or medical sales. This role involves guiding prospective patients through the consultation process, educating them on procedures, and converting leads into booked treatments and packages.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all sales consultations and pipelines.
  • Educate patients on available procedures, expected results, and pricing.
  • Build strong relationships with patients to instill trust and confidence in the practice.
  • Follow up with leads and nurture patient inquiries through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Work closely with the physician and clinical team to ensure seamless patient experiences.
  • Track and analyze sales performance, maintaining a high conversion rate from consultation to booking.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue and patient retention.
  • Assist with marketing efforts, including VIP events and promotional initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in aesthetics, medical devices, or high-end luxury sales.
  • Strong ability to educate and persuade patients in a consultative sales setting.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
  • Professional and polished appearance, with a high level of confidence.
  • Experience using CRM, EMR, or sales tracking systems preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Strong closing skills with a passion for aesthetics and patient care.
