Aesthetic & Wellness Provider (RN, NP, or PA) – Boutique Wellness | Winston-Salem, NC

Location: Winston-Salem, NC

Schedule: Full-time preferred (including 1-2 Saturdays per month)

Compensation: $60-$85/hour plus performance-based incentives (depending on experience)

Position Overview

Boutique Wellness is seeking a compassionate, team-oriented, and highly skilled Aesthetic & Wellness Provider to join our luxury medical aesthetics and wellness practice. We combine advanced medical aesthetics with whole-person wellness.

We are looking for an individual to perform cosmetic injectable treatments and wellness services, who is passionate about patient care, works collaboratively with leadership and staff, and values integrity, professionalism, and long-term growth within the practice

This role is ideal for a provider who is confident and committed to delivering exceptional patient outcomes while maintaining a positive and supportive team environment.

Qualifications

  • Active RN, NP, or PA license in the state of North Carolina
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on aesthetic injecting experience
  • Experience with neuromodulators (Botox®, Dysport®, Daxxify®)
  • Experience with dermal fillers including Juvederm® and Restylane®
  • Experience with biofillers and regenerative aesthetic treatments
  • Strong experience with cannula technique
  • Strong understanding of facial anatomy and aesthetic balancing
  • Ability to independently assess and treat patients safely and effectively
  • Professional demeanor with excellent communication skills
  • Works well with leadership, collaborating physicians, and team members
  • Strong ethical standards and patient-centered mindset
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and growth-oriented

  • Positive attitude with emotional maturity and professionalism
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced luxury aesthetic environment
  • Interest in regenerative medicine, wellness, hormones, and advanced aesthetics
  • Ability to build lasting patient relationships through trust and results

Responsibilities

  • Perform aesthetic consultations and treatment planning
  • Administer neuromodulators, fillers, and regenerative injectables
  • Maintain accurate documentation and treatment records
  • Educate patients on treatment options, expectations, and aftercare
  • Collaborate with medical leadership and staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Maintain compliance with all state regulations and practice protocols
  • Contribute to a positive, elevated patient experience
