We’re on the hunt for an experienced Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) who is already well-versed in aesthetics and open to expanding their expertise in medical weight loss and hormone replacement therapy.
This part-time role is perfect for a provider who thrives in a dynamic, patient-focused environment and is eager to help clients look and feel their best. This role primarily focuses on weight loss and hormone therapy, but we are seeking a provider with existing aesthetic experience to seamlessly integrate into our practice.
The Role:
In this position, you will be at the forefront of patient care, offering expertise in weight loss, hormone replacement therapy, and aesthetic treatments. Your work will empower patients to achieve their wellness goals while providing high-quality aesthetic treatments with confidence and precision.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Meet with patients to review their treatment plans and protocols for weight loss and hormone therapy, ensuring they understand their regimen and next steps.
- Perform aesthetic procedures (such as neurotoxins, fillers, and other non-invasive treatments) with expertise.
- Evaluate medical history, physical exams, and lab results to customize weight loss and hormone therapy plans.
- Educate patients on treatment expectations, risks, and post-care instructions for both aesthetics and wellness services.
- Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless patient experiences across all services.
Who You Are:
- A licensed PA or NP in California with at least 1-2 years of hands-on aesthetic experience (injectables, lasers, or other aesthetic procedures).
- Open to learning and working in medical weight loss and hormone therapy (training provided).
- Confident in patient interactions, with the ability to clearly explain treatments and protocols.
- Passionate about helping patients feel their best inside and out.
