This is not a typical assistant position.
You will work directly with Dr. Sorr as the right-hand and connective force that keeps the business running smoothly, clients engaged, and the brand experience elevated.
This role is highly visible, client-facing, and ideal for someone who thrives on energy, connection, and organization.
Responsibilities
- Support Dr. Sorr with daily priorities and practice flow
- Serve as a front-facing, client experience leader
- Coordinate scheduling, communication, and follow-ups
- Ensure an exceptional, polished client experience
- Act as a liaison between physician, staff, and clients
- Support operational organization and brand presence
