Employment Type: Part-Time (2-3 days per week, with full-time potential)

We are an established aesthetic medical practice with a loyal client base and strong reputation, seeking an experienced Aesthetic Injector to join our growing team.
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and confident Aesthetic Injector (RN, NP, or PA) with hands-on experience in neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and biostimulators. Experience with lasers or energy-based devices is a plus, but we will train the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Conduct aesthetic consultations and develop personalized, comprehensive treatment plans
- Perform neurotoxin, dermal filler, biostimulator, and other aesthetic treatments safely and effectively
- Provide natural, high-quality results and excellent patient care
- Educate patients on treatment options, pre- and post-care
- Document all treatments accurately and maintain compliance standards
- Collaborate with the team to provide an exceptional client experience
- Contribute to practice growth through patient engagement and professional expertise
- Build rapport with clientele and conduct follow-up to increase patient retention
- Support and participate in social media efforts
Qualifications
- Active RN, NP or PA license in Wisconsin, in good standing
- At least 2 years of hands-on injecting experience in aesthetics (neurotoxins, dermal fillers, biostimulators) with a focus on facial balancing and comprehensive treatment
- Confident, self-starter—able to work both independently and collaboratively
- Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
- Professional, reliable, and committed to patient safety and outcomes
- A team player that’s supportive of all roles within the practice
Compensation & Benefits
- $35-$45 hourly + performance-based incentives (depending on experience and performance)
