As our practice continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated and professional Front Desk Associate to be the welcoming face of our clinic and the first point of contact for our valued clients.
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Front Desk professional with a friendly, sales-oriented mindset. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys interacting with clients, and can support our team with both administrative tasks and retail sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly and provide a welcoming, professional experience.
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the clinic calendar.
- Process payments and handle client check-ins and check-outs.
- Maintain accurate client records and update information as needed.
- Educate clients about services and recommend retail products when appropriate.
- Assist with inventory tracking and point-of-sale operations.
- Support the team and help maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area.
Qualifications
- Previous front desk experience in aesthetics, dermatology, or a medical spa preferred.
- Sales-minded with the ability to recommend services and retail products naturally.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team.
- Comfortable using computers, scheduling software, and POS systems.
