Who We’re Looking For:
A licensed Master Esthetician, LPN, or RN with:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a med spa, wellness, or aesthetic environment.
- A proven track record in sales and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership skills to manage, mentor, and motivate a dynamic team.
- Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and client relationship abilities.

What You’ll Do:
- Drive Sales: Your #1 priority will be boosting revenue and achieving sales goals, including:
- 20 monthly Pur weight loss/strength packages (1 per day).
- 20 monthly wellness/esthetic memberships.
- $50,000 break-even revenue goal, scaling to $100,000 monthly gross by summer.
- Lead Operations: Oversee staffing, scheduling, patient follow-ups, and daily clinic activities.
- Innovate: Develop and implement new sales strategies, refine wellness/esthetic processes, and help launch Botox services.
- Enhance Experiences: Ensure a welcoming and professional environment that prioritizes cleanliness, client satisfaction, and staff efficiency.
- Collaborate: Partner with ownership to strategize on growth opportunities, training initiatives, and process improvements.

We’re invested in your success and provide comprehensive onboarding, including:
- Training on MenlaScan, red light therapy, PEMF, EWOT, and esthetic services.
- CRM and POS system expertise with Profit Zombies training.
- Ongoing weekly sales and business development coaching.

- Active licensure as a Master Esthetician, LPN, or RN.
- Availability to work 40-50 hours per week, including at least 2 Saturdays per month.
- Sales acumen and a proactive, results-driven mindset.

Compensation: Competitive base salary + performance bonuses
