This is not an entry-level role. We’re looking for a confident, clinically excellent injector ready to build a loyal patient panel, grow into wellness medicine (hormone therapy, medical weight management, peptides), and grow their income and career alongside a practice built for it.

Compensation & Benefits
- $50/hour (NP/PA) or $40/hour (Skilled RN), based on experience

What You’ll Do
- Perform injectable treatments (Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, dermal fillers, and related neuromodulator/filler services)
- Conduct consultations and build individualized treatment plans with clinical confidence
- Deliver advanced services such as microneedling, IV therapy, and laser/IPL treatments
- Build long-term, trust-based patient relationships through education, follow-up, and consistent results
- Learn and implement wellness offerings – hormone therapy, medical weight management, peptides, and related treatments – within your scope
- Partner with the practice’s leadership to help shape service growth and represent the brand in the community
Who We’re Looking For
- Strong hands-on experience with neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and laser treatments
- Confident guiding patients from consultation to treatment plan, with a genuine focus on outcomes and retention – not just volume
- Motivated to build and retain a personal patient base over time
- Comfortable with a visible professional presence supporting the practice’s brand
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance clinical environment
- Wellness experience is a plus; genuine willingness to learn hormone and weight-management protocols is required
Qualifications
- Active NP, PA, or RN license in Ohio
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on aesthetic injecting experience
- DEA registration, or ability to obtain one before start [if the role involves prescribing wellness/hormone therapies]
- Strong consultation and communication skills, with a track record of natural, high-quality patient results
- Interest in or experience with wellness services (hormone therapy, weight management, peptides) is a plus; willingness to learn is required
