LaserSkin Medspa is seeking a highly skilled Laser Medicine-Certified Technician and Esthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience and certification in Laser Hair Removal. Additional experience, including IPL, laser skin resurfacing, RF micro-needling, PRP facials, SkinPen Precision Micro-needling, body contouring, medical-grade facials, and Hydrafacials, is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Perform Laser Hair Removal services for spa patients.
- Perform laser treatments on clients, including IPL, laser skin resurfacing, RF micro-needling, PRP facials, SkinPen Precision Micro-needling, body contouring, medical-grade facials, and hydrafacial.
- Consult with clients to assess their skin concerns and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Develop treatment plans and schedules for clients based on their individual needs and preferences.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation of all treatments performed.
- Ensure the cleanliness and sterilization of all equipment and treatment rooms.
- Provide excellent customer service to all clients and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the laser medicine and esthetician industry.
Requirements:
- Certification in Laser Medicine and Esthetics from an accredited institution.
- Proven experience in performing laser treatments, including IPL, laser skin resurfacing, RF micro-needling, PRP facials, SkinPen Precision Micro-needling, body contouring, medical-grade facials, and hydrafacial.
- Strong knowledge of skin physiology and anatomy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality service to clients.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
