Lead Aesthetic Injector (Exton, PA)
Location: Exton, PA (ideal candidates will reside within 30 miles)
Employment Type: Part-time or Full-time (40 hours per week)
Compensation: From $60/hour + commission and/or bonus
Are you an experienced, passionate aesthetic injector ready to take the lead at a modern med spa in Exton, PA? We’re seeking a Lead Aesthetic Injector who is eager to head our injectable program, provide outstanding client outcomes, and help set a standard of excellence.
About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to:
- Be the clinical face and lead injector
- Play an integral role in establishing and maintaining protocols, as well as client experience standards.
- Administer neuromodulators, dermal fillers, biostimulatory injectables, and other advanced treatments.
- Mentor future team members as the practice grows.
- Collaborate closely with ownership on treatment offerings, product selection, and innovation.
- Be a part of a fast-growing practice with two locations.
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed provider qualified to perform injections in Pennsylvania (RN, NP, or PA-C).
- 2+ years of hands-on injectable experience preferred (open to highly skilled candidates with less if they demonstrate exceptional competency).
- Strong portfolio of natural-looking, safe, and high-quality results.
- Honest, reliable, down-to-earth, and relatable personality.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Passion for continuing education, emerging trends, and patient safety.
