Bridgeport Laser & Wellness Center – Tualatin, OR
Schedule:
- Wednesday & Thursday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Sunday: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
(Approx. 30 hours per week)
Compensation:
To be determined with consultant.
Current injector pay structures for reference:
- Hourly @ $45/hour, or
- 10% commission + $3,000 monthly base (Medical Director)

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in aesthetics or a related medical field
- Licensed and qualified to perform injectables
- Laser experience required
- Phlebotomy experience preferred
- Strong consultation and treatment planning skills
- Emotionally intelligent, professional, and confident communicator
- Skilled at building long-term patient relationships
Key Responsibilities
- Perform injectable treatments (Botox, fillers, PRP, etc.)
- Operate and maintain aesthetic laser systems
- Conduct consultations and create personalized treatment plans
- Educate patients on procedures, post-care, and skincare
- Ensure safety and compliance with medical standards
- Cross-sell services and products to enhance outcomes
- Maintain accurate records and support a collaborative team culture
