A growing medical aesthetics and wellness practice is looking for an experienced Aesthetic Provider / Injector to perform cosmetic injectable treatments (neuromodulators, fillers, biostimulants), weight loss and IV vitamin therapy treatments. Experience performing laser treatments is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced aesthetic treatments: cosmetic injectables (neuromodulators, dermal fillers, biostimulators), weight loss, IV therapy, laser treatments
- Conduct consultations and develop personalized, comprehensive treatment plans, and ensure safe, effective results
- Educate patients on treatments, products, and post-care
- Encourage repeat and referral visits by building relationships with clientele
- Provide medical oversight for all services
- Collaborate with estheticians and support staff to ensure seamless patient care and an exceptional client experience.
- Maintain Laser Safety Officer certification (practice will pay for certification if necessary to obtain)
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and compliance with state regulations.
- Assist in business growth through patient education and retention
- Some administrative duties
Qualifications:
- Licensed NP or PA in the state of Arizona, in good standing
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on aesthetic injection experience
- Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and assessment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong clinical judgment and patient-centered mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage a small team
- Passion for aesthetics and patient outcomes
- Ability to perform treatments independently and be the onsite clinical supervisor
