Luxury Plastic Surgery & Medspa Practice – Houston, TX (Towne Lake + Uptown Park)
Are you a skilled and passionate aesthetic injector ready to take your career to the next level? Our premier nationally-recognized plastic surgery and aesthetic practice is seeking a top-tier Nurse Practitioner (APRN), Physician Assistant (PA-C), or Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist (RN-CANS) to lead our growing medspa team.
This clinical leadership role combines direct patient care with clinical and resource management across our two locations: Towne Lake (Cypress) and Uptown Park (Galleria). You will work closely with our Director of Operations while clinically guiding a growing team of aesthetic providers to deliver safe, outstanding outcomes. You will serve as a trusted extension of our plastic surgeons, including our founder and managing director, Dr. Basu who is also President-Elect of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform aesthetic procedures including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, biostimulators, PRP/PRF, advanced skincare, lasers, and other non-invasive treatments
• Conduct consultations and create customized treatment plans
• Foster lasting relationships with patients
• Monitor clinical protocols, inventory, and best practices
• Support training and development of the growing medspa aesthetics team
• Uphold the highest standards of patient-centered care, safety, and ethics
Who We’re Looking For:
• APRN, PA-C, or RN-CANS with extensive experience in aesthetic medicine (minimum 4-5 years)
• Proven track record of meeting monthly performance goals and patient satisfaction benchmarks
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
• Thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment under physician supervision
• Committed to continuous learning and professional development
• Candidate with portfolio of their work (i.e. professional Instagram profile)
