Key Responsibilities
- Perform results-driven skincare treatments, including:
- Signature facials
- Chemical peels
- Hydradermabrasion
- Microneedling
- Conduct thorough client consultations and skin assessments
- Recommend personalized treatment plans and skincare products
- Deliver exceptional client experiences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and equipment
- Assist with front desk tasks and inventory management as needed
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage retention
- Participate in and create social media content
Qualifications
- Active Wisconsin Esthetician License (required)
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience performing aesthetic treatments
- Strong communication and consultation skills
- Professional, reliable, and client-focused
- Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset
- Interest in advanced treatments, including energy-based devices
Compensation & Benefits
- $20 – $23 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule
- Part-time position with the opportunity to transition into full-time
- Full-time hours available for the right candidate
- Weekend availability required as needed
