Dr. John Diaz, MD, a renowned board-certified plastic surgeon in Beverly Hills, is seeking a skilled and professional Licensed Aesthetician to join our luxury medical aesthetics practice. What You’ll Do
As an Aesthetician, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional patient experiences while supporting the practice’s reputation for excellence in aesthetics and wellness.
Responsibilities include:
- Perform advanced aesthetic treatments such as facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, and other skincare procedures
- Educate patients on customized skincare regimens and treatment plans
- Assist with pre- and post-procedure patient care under physician direction
- Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and product inventory to the highest standards
- Provide professional product recommendations and support retail sales goals
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and state board requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Current California Esthetician License (required)
- 2+ years of experience in a medical aesthetics, dermatology, or plastic surgery practice preferred
- Strong knowledge of medical-grade skincare and aesthetic treatments
- Excellent communication, presentation, and patient care skills
- Professional, polished, and team-oriented demeanor
- Passion for aesthetics and commitment to delivering results-driven care
