Job Title: Licensed Aesthetician – V/O Med Spa (Full‑Time)
Location: Redmond, WA (on‑site)
Schedule: 40 hrs/week | Must be available some evenings & Saturdays

Position Summary:
As our full‑time Aesthetician, you’ll perform advanced skincare services (HydraFacial®, OxyGeneo™, dermaplaning, chemical peels, hydradermabrasion, microdermabrasion, and—if certified—laser treatments). You’ll collaborate closely with our Cosmetic Injectors, Wellness Practitioners, and owners to create unforgettable experiences, drive service revenue, and expand our brand presence in the community.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver Results & Experience
- Conduct thorough consultations, skin analysis, and before/after photography.
- Perform high‑quality facial and exfoliation services that meet individualized skin‑care goals.
- Provide clear pre‑/post‑treatment instructions, perform follow‑up calls, and answer questions promptly.
- Educate & Upsell Thoughtfully
- Recommend treatment plans, products, and add‑on services tailored to each Member’s needs.
- Partner with the Spa Manager to reach weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
- Build Loyalty & Growth
- Maintain meticulous documentation, billing, and rescheduling.
- Leverage social media, events, and campaigns to retain existing Members and attract new ones.
- Operational Excellence
- Uphold strict sanitation, safety, and regulatory standards (HIPAA, OSHA, WA state laws).
- Assist with inventory control, vendor relations, and spa presentation/cleanliness.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate new products or services into the menu.
Team & Culture:
- Attend staff meetings/training; share knowledge and foster an atmosphere of empathy, accountability, and fun.
- Pitch in wherever needed—“other duties as assigned” is part of our team‑first mindset.
What We’re Looking For:
Must‑Haves
• Active Washington State Aesthetician License (in good standing)
• 2–3 yrs recent experience in a med‑spa or dermatology setting
• Mastery of facial massage, extractions & contemporary peel techniques
• Consultative sales skills & impeccable bedside manner
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs, stand for long periods, and follow PPE protocols
Nice‑to‑Haves
• Laser certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong social‑media presence or comfort on camera
• Prior success hitting retail or service sales goals
• Familiarity with EMR/booking platforms (e.g., Aesthetics Pro, Boulevard)
• Bilingual (Spanish, Korean, Mandarin, etc.)
