About the Role
A busy and growing medical aesthetics practice in Leesburg, Florida is seeking an experienced Licensed Esthetician with an Electrolysis License to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated aesthetic professional who enjoys creating customized treatment plans, building long-term client relationships, and delivering results-driven skincare services.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced aesthetic services including facials, chemical peels, and medical-grade skin treatments
- Provide electrolysis hair removal treatments in accordance with licensing and safety standards
- Conduct comprehensive skin consultations and treatment planning
- Build customized treatment packages tailored to patient goals
- Educate patients on skincare protocols and medical-grade products
- Recommend and sell medical-grade skincare products as part of treatment plans
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and treatment notes
- Support clinic growth through rebooking, retail sales, and package conversions
- Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure exceptional patient care and outcomes
Qualifications
- Active Florida Esthetician License
- Electrolysis License (Required)
- 2+ years of experience in a medical spa, dermatology, or aesthetic practice preferred
- Strong knowledge of medical-grade skincare and treatment protocols
- Experience creating customized skincare plans and treatment packages
- Comfortable discussing treatment recommendations, pricing, and skincare products
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
