Position Overview
We are looking for a licensed Esthetician with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in aesthetics or skincare. The ideal candidate is client-focused, detail-oriented, and confident in delivering exceptional treatments while promoting services and retail products.
Responsibilities
- Perform a range of aesthetic services, including facials, peels, extractions, and other advanced treatments.
- Conduct thorough consultations to develop personalized treatment plans for clients.
- Educate clients on skincare routines and recommend professional products to maintain results.
- Maintain a clean and organized treatment space in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
- Stay current on industry trends, techniques, and equipment to provide the best care.
- Assist in achieving sales goals by promoting services and retail offerings.
Qualifications
- Valid Esthetician license in Oregon.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a medspa, aesthetics clinic, or similar environment.
- Strong knowledge of skincare treatments, products, and equipment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Professional, reliable, and passionate about client satisfaction.
- Comfortable with sales and product recommendations.
