🕒 Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

✨ About the Role
As the Patient Coordinator, you’ll be the first and last impression for every guest, ensuring they feel welcomed, informed, and cared for throughout their experience. You’ll play a pivotal role in both the administrative flow of the spa and its sales success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in clients with professionalism and warmth
- Schedule appointments, confirm visits, and follow up post-treatment
- Conduct non-clinical consultations and recommend services
- Educate clients on treatments, memberships, and skincare products
- Handle phone/text/email communications promptly
- Manage payments and accurate client records
- Upsell packages and retail products
- Maintain an organized and welcoming front desk area
- Support the day-to-day needs of the spa team
✅ Qualifications
- 1–2 years in customer service, medical spa, spa, or healthcare environment
- Excellent communication, sales, and multitasking abilities
- Polished and professional appearance
- Strong organizational skills and positive attitude
- Comfort with scheduling software (Boulevard, Aesthetic Record, etc.) is a plus
- Experience or interest in skincare, aesthetics, or wellness services preferred
