About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Med Spa Manager to lead day-to-day operations and support the continued growth of our medical aesthetics practice in beautiful Steilacoom, WA. This role works closely with an experienced Medical Director and plays a critical part in optimizing operations, supporting the team, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
Operations & Leadership
- Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure efficiency, organization, and exceptional patient experience
- Manage scheduling, staffing, workflows, and clinic coverage
- Serve as the primary point of contact between providers, front desk, and ownership
- Implement and maintain SOPs across front desk, clinical flow, and inventory
Team Management
- Support hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management
- Lead with accountability while fostering a positive, professional culture
- Conduct regular team check-ins and support productivity goals
Business Growth & Revenue
- Support growth initiatives including memberships, packages, and promotions
- Track KPIs including sales performance, rebooking, utilization, and revenue
- Partner with leadership to identify opportunities for improvement and expansion
- Ensure consult processes and follow-up protocols are being executed consistently
Patient Experience
- Ensure a high-touch, professional patient journey from first contact through follow-up
- Handle escalated patient concerns with professionalism and discretion
- Maintain a welcoming, organized, and polished clinic environment
Administrative & Financial Oversight
- Oversee inventory management and ordering
- Assist with reporting, metrics tracking, and operational audits
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Med Spa Manager, Practice Manager, or Spa Manager (medical aesthetics strongly preferred)
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Proven ability to support business growth and operational improvements
- Comfortable managing KPIs, goals, and team accountability
- Professional, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset
- Experience with EMR/CRM systems and scheduling platforms preferred
